BDCOM S2900 series switches are a new generation of intelligent switches launched by Shanghai BDCOM Data Communication Co., Ltd. for operators’ IP metropolitan area networks, government and enterprise networks, Internet cafes, and diskless working environments. S2900 is based on a new generation of high-performance hardware and BDROS software platform with independent intellectual property rights of BDCOM . It supports powerful ACL , flexible QinQ , 1:1 and N:1 VLAN switching, Ethernet OAM , carrier-grade QoS , and industrial-grade 10 Gigabit Ethernet ring. Support carrier-class Ethernet ring network protection protocol, protection switching time <50ms ; support STP/RSTP/MSTP protocol, dual-uplink primary and backup link protection, LACP link aggregation and other simple and efficient redundancy protection mechanisms to meet carrier-class high Reliability requirements.

The perfect Ethernet OAM mechanism realizes the rapid detection and location of faults through real-time monitoring of the network operation status.

The powerful ACL function supports L2~L7 data access and control based on physical ports, VLANs , MAC , IP , protocol port numbers, etc. , providing users with flexible and diverse policy control methods.
